Beneath it all, the AHAI frequency is held throughout ~ a seventh- dimensional healing frequency that runs the entire gathering. It settles the body so you feel safe enough to receive, brings you into your highest alignment, and connects you with your own soul self.

We begin with a guided meditative journey, dropping into the spirit baby field together.
From there, we move into light codes and activation.

Then I channel from the spirit baby collective, and guide you into your own connection ~ so that you meet them from your highest light, and what comes through is yours.
We close together, sharing the light we received in a sacred reflection space.

The Afterglow
The Afterglow space is a light field; it is how we seal and integrate our journey.
Before anyone rushes back into their day, we take a few minutes to notice what stayed with us. The message. The image. The feeling. The knowing. The light you received.
We share it together and witness what moved through the circle.
A private space will stay open for a few days, alongside the replay. If a dream comes through later, or a synchronicity, or another layer reveals itself, you can come back and share here.
REFLECT — put words to what you received while it's still fresh.
SHARE — add your reflection to the shared field.
RECEIVE AGAIN — read what came through for the women beside you, and notice what resonates.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to know how to channel or communicate with spirit babies?
Not at all.
Communion is designed for women at every stage of the journey. Whether this is your first experience or you've been connecting for years, you'll be guided every step of the way. The intention is to simply receive.
Is this only for women who are trying to conceive?
No.
Communion is for any woman who feels called to deepen her relationship with the spirit baby realm.
You may be preparing for pregnancy, currently pregnant, raising intuitive children, or simply feel deeply connected to these souls and the light they bring.
What if I don't receive anything?
Every woman receives differently.
Some women experience clear messages, while others notice emotions, images, sensations, or a feeling of deep peace.
There is nothing you need to force. Simply arriving with an open heart is enough.
Will there be a replay?
Yes.
If you can't attend live, or you'd like to revisit the experience, you'll have access to the replay and the Afterglow space for 48 hours.
What is the Afterglow Space?
The Afterglow is the closing ritual of Communion.
Before we leave, we'll take time to notice what we received and share it with one another. After the gathering, you'll have 48 hours to return, add anything else that unfolds, and witness the reflections of the women who sat beside you in the experience.
Sometimes what another woman receives illuminates something within you, too.
